At WSAudiology, our Sustainability which forms part of our Global Quality team plays a vital role in driving our Company to become the most environmentally friendly and the most diverse hearing aid company. We are currently looking for a ESG Specialist, as we continue to grow and build our capabilities to achieve our aspirations.

You will be responsible to:
• Manage, curate and develop the sustainability section and ESG statement in annual report, in compliance with UNGC and CSRD (when applies) and fulfill ESG rating requirements
• Manage the mid-year and end-year ESG assurance
• Gap analysis of CSRD... and EU Taxonomy and set up clear action plan with the topic owners to close the gaps
• Support sustainability communication and marketing, incl. engaging and supporting affiliates on charity activities.

Requirements:
• Experience with Environmental, Social and Governance topics, preferably from investment banking, consultancy or large organizations
• Experienced with sustainability reporting and assurance (GRI, SASB, EU Taxonomy, CSRD).will be a bonus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or any other relevant education certifications, preferably related to ESG topics
• Minimum 2+ year of experience in ESG topics
• Experienced in driving stakeholder engagement and communications programmes
