About the role We are recruiting for Cabin Services Training Manager to join our QE Cabin Services Team. In this role, you are responsible for managing, leading and developing Qatar Executive Business Jets Service Training System. You will set-up the Cabin Services training section. You will develop training programs focusing on Customer First and Inflight experience. You will train the Service Excellence vision. Specific responsibilities of the role include:
• Responsible to deliver Service training for Executive Cabin Crew.
• Conducts classroom and on-board aircraft training sessions.
• Conducts flight trainings for all new joiners.
• Creates trainings aimed in the following areas – Customer First, Inflight Experience, Operation and Budget.
• Sets-up the training Academy for QE Cabin Services. Designs trainings to develop and align with the business requirements.
• Develops refresher courses and manages implementation through regular online assignments.
• Maintains the... training-operating manual with clear instructions and guidelines.
• Ensures that changes to the business environment are analyzed and recorded and keeps the learning solutions current valid.
• Prepares report of attendance, grades and training activities. Maintains accurate and updated records of all trainees.
• Accountable for the security of training materials, projects and business information. These include information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of Qatar Executive’s products.
• Elevates the culture for excellent customer service through training.
• Pursues self-directed learning in order to remain current and aligned with the industry best practice.
• Stays-up to date with new service trends and inflight service innovative ideas and design trainings.
• Establishes the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.

• Completed High School Qualification/ Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent
• With minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• With prior recent experience in Business Aviation as Cabin Crew.
• With relevant experience in Training.
• With skills and experience in managing people and project.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English language
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in teaching and training in a multi-cultural environment.
• Able to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
• Able to influence diverse groups of people through excellent communication and presentation techniques.
• Good analytical skills.
