Your new role
You will be working closely with your line manager to run a 360... recruitment business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process in identifying the best-fit candidates for our clients, ranging from headhunting, screening, interviewing to on-boarding. You will also develop a specialised client portfolio to establish a sustainable business plan in a long run.

With expansion opportunities in the Technology sector, we will be looking to you to identify, plan and execute long-term growth strategies. Continued development of your management team to enable this growth will be key.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have minimum 2-year experience in client-facing or sales ideally coming from the recruitment industry. Your exposure to developing new market and starting portfolios from stretch will be advantageous. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential.
