The purpose of the role of Office Manager is to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. This role will also include some HR administration as well as liaising with potential suppliers for the smooth running of the office. What you will be delivering: - Secures smooth day-to-day operations of the office activities, including dealing with landlord and other vendors, securing timely supplies of stationery and other office needed belongings. - Collects and provides invoices from/to external vendors. - Handle first-point office communication (visitors, courier shipments, shared mailboxes) - Organize business trips, trainings, meetings, and company events - Update and maintain office policies and procedures. - Support hiring and onboarding process for new employees - Provide assistance with ad hoc tasks to the Manager, Recruitment...
