Our requirements:

Strong knowledge of Unix-like OS'es (FreeBSD, Linux)
Strong knowledge of network technologies
Strong knowledge of network and application security
Strong knowledge of maintaining data consistency and availability, backup and recovery
Experience in deployment and maintenance of standard network services, e.g. web (any: nginx, Apache), mail (any: Postfix, Dovecot, exim, sendmail), DNS (any: NSD, BIND, unbound)
Knowledge of SQL, RDBMS (any: PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience in shell-scripting

Functional duties:

Designing and implementing of server and network infrastructure
Server maintenance and network infrastructure support
Regular security audit
Tuning of OS and applications for high load

Extra advantages:

Basic knowledge in C/C++ programming, building and porting applications
Experience in setup and operation of monitoring systems (any: Zabbix, Nagios, MRTG, Cacti)
Experience in high-load projects
