Responsibilities:

The role involves understanding, managing, and transforming data through a rigorous process to provide actionable business insight. Among the deliverables for this role, we build dynamic business data models for generating marketing campaigns, reports and research for all segments and distribution channels.

Undertaking data collection, researching the customer base, analyzing data regarding customers, their behavior, and identifying underlying patterns and opportunities.

Ensures planning, testing, execution, and control of efficient sales funnel in campaigns.

Executing day-to-day reporting, perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Implement and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing business requirements or customer satisfaction, experience, profitability.
