The Stable Yard Food Hall are looking for a Retail/Café Manager that will lead the team in The Stable Yard Deli and Mediterranean Food Store.

As a Manager, your duties will include training and developing staff, organising staff rosters, ordering stock, liaising with suppliers, managing wastage and stock loss budgets and running the floor of the store and café. Responsibilities:
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs, maximising profits and controlling costs
• Day-to-day operations and maintaining our high standards
• Staff training and development
• Excellent Customer Service
• Adhering to Health and Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements
• All aspects of stock management: stocktaking, ordering, rotation
• Drive sales and standards in-store
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the premises
• Regularly liaising with staff... management, head office and suppliers

Requirements:
• A dynamic individual with previous experience in retail/Café management
• Self Starter and can work independently
• Have a can-do attitude to continually assess the needs of the business
• A proven track record in leading and motivating a team of staff members
• An excellent communicator with a flexible approach
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Enjoy great food, merchandising, dealing with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products and weekly ordering
• Target-driven with a drive to surpass sales targets and KPIs
• The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2-3 years recent experience in a Management/Supervisory level within a food environment
