• Set direction & vision for the social team
• Evaluate, modify and grow the current social team
• Conduct team meetings, advise on projects, and motivate team members.
• Join with account/strategy/media/production team to contribute ideas, creative direction for digital proposals
• Create social media strategy, monthly social media plan & weekly conversational calendar for brands on selected social media platforms
• Be responsible for all of social media creative outputs made by social team
• Manage social media team members responsibilities
• Fluently use social media monitoring & tracking tools for research, analysis & optimization purposes
• Update & apply social media trends both locally and globally to daily social media works
• Report to Managing Director
