Receives customer requests for quotations and lead times as well as customer orders.

Creates quotations, follow up quotes and is responsible for the clean order handover.

Coordinates with other departments in case of multi-divisional quotes. Providing service and information to win customer orders with the goal to obtain satisfied customers and required business results.

• Independently creates quotes with Emerson solutions, products & services, including products and services of third parties

• Responsible (technically & commercially) for the created quotes

• Responsible for quote follow up in cooperation with outside sales

• Clean order handover of customer purchase order

• Provide product- and application information to external- and internal customers

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (internal and external)

• Coordination and coaching of other Inside Sales Engineers

• Build and maintain relationships with international back offices

•... Regularly updates in sales administration tools

• Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3-6 years (inside) sales or relevant technical experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in related field

• Advanced level of sales, negotiation and presentation skills

• Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills

• Familiar with Emerson divisions and products

• Verbal and written communication skills fluent in Dutch and English
