The Brand Manager provides recommendations for strategic planning and concept development, drives implementation of product development and marketing communications activities while maintaining within allocated budget management and evaluates learnings from market research activities
• Spearheads the campaign development for systemwide product launches and activations of the category.
• Ensures on-time and in-full delivery of planned marketing activities.
• Ensures health and performance of category.
• Collates and reports Monthly Business Reviews for the Total Category.
• Analyzes sales performance trends for the category to determine growth plan for each product in the... category.
• Guides the Assistant Brand Manager in the deliverables for the Product Development process (IROM) for the category.
• Ensures that all activities are within allocated annual budgets.
• Reviews Marketing Research requirements for the category.
• Approves initial Research Brief drafted by Assistant Brand Manager.
• Ensures Research Studies commissioned are within allocated research budget.
• Co-develops annual plan requirements for Above-the-line and Below-the-Line activities for the year.
• Recommends Marketing calendar activities for the annual planning.
• Reviews proposed Media Plan for the category.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any related course.
• At least 3 years experience on Brand Management, Project Management, and Integrated Communications Management.
• Has led development and launch of new products/variants or other forms of product innovations.
• Has led development and launch of Integrated Marketing Campaigns covering Above-the-Line (i.e., TV, Radio, Print).
• Has demonstrated project and team leadership.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
