· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
· Conduct training need analysis to identify related training needs for the employee.
· Conduct training evaluation to ensure training effectiveness.
· Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
Recruitment and Ad-Hoc Duties (20%)
· Manage the overall interview, selection, onboarding new hire process and closing process
· Sourcing for potential candidates through job portals/referral/ headhunting.
· Conduct phone screening & interviews to select potential candidate that meet the job requirements.
· Relationship building with internal hiring manager and work closely with them.
· Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentation i.e. offer letter, personal documentations and etc.
· To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
· Manage employees’ grievances
· Manage and run referral bonus programs
· Measure employee retention... and turnover rates
· Off-boarding process
· At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the HR field
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at structural thinking and problem solving.
· At least 2 years experiences on Training and Development.
· Great interpersonal skills and presentation skill.
· Sound knowledge of HRD.
· Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
· Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
· Able to work alternate Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
