Job Description
• To assist on the processes of recruitment
• To conduct new employee’s induction and orientation.
• To assist on yearly training needs analysis, conduct pre & post training survey and update staff training records.
• To arrange for training application and any necessary documentations.
• To involve in the performance management system activities and provide feedback on performance improvement.
• To coordinate in employee’s confirmation, resignation and exit interview process.
• To assist for company events such as annual dinner, team building and etc

Job Requirement:
• Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
• Preferred with minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Candidate... who able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Our founder and executive chairman, Dato’ Sri Dr Sow Chin Chuan established the company in 1965 and has been the driving force since then.

For our furniture division, our integrated manufacturing plant in Melaka spans over 400,000 sq. ft and sits on a 15-acre land, with a total production capacity of more than 225,000 sets of furniture per annum. Our workforce is estimated to be approximately 600 people. We were one of the largest manufacturers of Wood-based products and Chair products in Malaysia. We serve major customers across the U.S. and Europe.
