We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and organised Marketing Manager to join the ABA family! This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills and will be key in growing brand awareness across an international scale.
Key roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Developing organic and paid media strategies for all existing and new brands with the aim of increasing brand awareness and... customer engagement.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Analyse consumer behaviour and competitor activities and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Oversee the influencer program for all brands, ensuring collaborators are aligning with the business strategy and KPIs.
• Manage the marketing calendar to align with business promotions, launches and new season drops.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
• Overseeing competitions, social media campaigns and influencer events to draw attention to the brands.
• Liaise with digital agency and digital designer to build and implement paid media campaigns.
• Guiding junior members as a senior voice within the creative and marketing team.
• Work with wholesale partners on an international multi-channel strategy to increase sales across platforms.
• Oversee new and ongoing PR, marketing, and advertising activities.
To be successful you will have:
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and social platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Google Ads)
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Degree in marketing or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience with all social media platforms including scheduling tools and analytics.
