Area Lead for one of our major customers
Contributes to the stability, standardization and further improvement of the business processes in accordance to the service level agreements
Process management related to transition and onboarding of new teams in scope
Acts as 2nd level escalation point for operation-related issues
Ensures that internal controls are in place and followed by the department at all times
Drives further team growth with a focus on automation and digitalization
Coordinates, mentors, and develops a team of Team Leads and Senior Team Leads
accountable for all Talent Management rituals (Recruitment, Onboarding, Evaluation, Performance & Potential, Career Development) for the respective customer area
Assists the Head of Business Services in planning and setting of the department strategy

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business administration or in any related field
Fluency in German and English
Experience in leading and delivering business services in a... corporate environment
Expertise in process transitions, in the stability of operations and in the process improvement field
Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct staff
Good problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with team at all levels
Ability to work under pressure and a tight schedule
Ability to tackle complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts
