Store Development and Facilities Manager

Our client, a well-known successful DIY, Trade, and Non-Food Retail chain is seeking to recruit an experienced Store Development and Facilities Manager to join their head office in Dublin Citywest.

This job is suited for an experienced Project and Contract Manager with a third level qualification in the construction industry or similar.

As a Store Development and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects from concept to delivery to the correct specifications and in line with budget. You will be responsible for ensuring the stores turnovers and margin is maximised through consistent delivery of physical in-store brand image and through building strong relationships with stake holders.
