Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming enquiries and respond to customers on their mobile related queries/cases. Achieve excellence customer service & satisfaction by diligently follow up with all requests timely.
• Study and analyze customer dispute cases with good mind mapping technique and resolve promptly.
• Liaise with other stakeholders for fact findings so as to reach to a fair and acceptable customer solutions.
• Use of CRM systems to retrieve and communicate customer data and details in a clear and concise manner.
• Able to multi task effectively when liaising with customers, internal stakeholders and departments.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell... product and services whenever possible for a complete solution.
• Take on any task and duty appropriately assigned by superior

Key Job Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline
• 1year relevant customer service experience and preferably have worked in a contact centre environment for at least 6 months.
• Ability to communicate well and have a pleasant disposition.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Able to work effectively as an individual and as a team player to contribute to the overall KPI/target.
• Good problem solving skill, able to maintain a high level of patience and resilience in a fast paced and highly dynamic contact centre environment.
• Must be willing to work shifts and on weekends (on rotation)
