Our Client, a prominent organisation in the healthcare industry. They are looking for Associate Engineer to support the major projects in the pipeline.About the Role:You will provide technical support, troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, and responds to help requests; generates routine reports and develops an understand of business needs or technical requirements.Key Responsibilities:
• Installs computer hardware, repairs software and runs diagnostics programmes; documents service repairs and trains users.
• Provide technical support to users including monitor systems performance, progress update, develop reference materials and maintain SLA documentation.
• System maintenance includes: data entry, generate reports, research on new technology and ensure smooth connectivity.
•... Assist with incident resolution such as: respond to user complaints, identify problem/issues and escalate unresolved problems/issues to higher level to diagnose and ensure closure of all incident reports.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve or prevent the problems/issues.
• Provide 24x7 standby on-call (roster shift) IT support.
Key Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT equivalent
• Minimum 4 years' experience in system development & implementation and IT maintenance
• Good working knowledge on End User Computing technologies, such as desktop endpoint management, patch or asset management, etc.
• Experience in managing IT partners and vendors
• Customer-centric approach and service excellence
• Good analytical skills and receptiveness to changes
• Ability to prioritize issues and able to work under pressure
• Hunger for knowledge and learning especially in new technologies needed for new solutions
• Good communications skills, able to articulate effectively to customers and within team.
• Able to commit for 24x7 (roster shift) standby on-call supports. Roster shift includes night shift, weekends and holidays
