Your responsibilities
• As a platform manager for ECU development... (all genders), you have overall responsibility for your ECU platform within our Steering Gear business unit. Together with an international development and industrialization network, you ensure compliance with quality, costs, deadlines and customer satisfaction
• You will lead an overall development project team with international characteristics in our matrix organization
• You are the main contact person regarding control units (ECU) for our management during supplier selection and supplier development, industrialization, production start and series production
• Process responsibility for 'Lessons Learned', change management (AEMA), product validation planning and release are yours
• You will be supported by a project manager for ECU hardware, including the execution of the test series for components and assemblies with regard to functionality (including documentation)
• You monitor and drive the optimization of ECU production together with the SQM and industrialization team
• You skillfully and convincingly show improvement possibilities regarding the products and our processes

Your profile
• You have successfully completed a degree in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or have a comparable educational background
• You have a very good understanding of control units in safety-related mechatronic systems (ASIL, ISO 26262)
• We require many years of experience in international project management in the matrix organization, ideally within the automotive industry
• In addition, you convince with strong presentation and communication skills at all levels (production, development, management)
• You are willing to travel internationally
• In addition to German, you can also express yourself very confidently in English (spoken and written). Other foreign languages are advantageous
