Responsibilities:

∙ Executes the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the PMCS systems in conjunction with the PMCS specialist vendors (in our case SEL vendor)

∙ Liaise with the TCO Controls and Automation commissioning team for integration of the PMCS to the PCS (Process Control System)

∙ Liaise with PJV engineering design, construction, fabrication, completions engineers on PMCS – update the documentation RLMU after commissioning

∙ Provide input to specialist vendor commissioning plan and site acceptance procedures

∙ Provide input to Novus-Bolashak & TCO commissioning planning for all aspects of the PMCS commissioning

∙ Provide input to commissioning plans and execution documents

∙ Ensure PMCS system is commissioned in line with Republic of Kazakhstan & Regulatory requirements
Requirements:

3+ years of experience

∙ Automation / Control Systems hands-on experience

∙ Industrial Networks knowledge

∙ PC skills

∙ Ability to read and understand schematics, single line... diagrams and network architecture drawings

Good to have:

∙ Commissioning experience on automation and/or electrical control systems

∙ Familiar with systems completion and commissioning test procedures

∙ SEL relays hands-on experience

∙ Zenon SCADA hands-on experience

∙ Familiar with permit to work systems and good HSE practices
