Position Overview

In order to further strengthen our Sales Department team in Poland we are currently looking for a:

Regional Sales Manager

West Poland

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for reaching the National Sales Budget, Brand Recognition and Customers Satisfaction. Key... objective is to ensure budget achievement for his/ her area of responsibility. He/she must show leadership, coach, supervise and support his/her sales representatives so that they meet their individual and common targets. He/she will inform the Management team on the results and market conditions and reality of his/her area .

Key Accountabilities
• Train, Coach and motivate Sales Representatives, implement the sales tools, lead the Business Review with Distributors, Morning Briefing/Monthly Meeting with internal Sales People
• Experience in work at Sales department
• Plan and execute a sales strategy tailored to each customer category,
• Prioritization of the focus products (Puratos Essential), coordination of new product development, launch (internal & external) and follow up,
• CRM: using, training & follow up; Sales Dashboard using,
• Keep good and close contacts with the top customers in area
• Coordinate with Business Development Team (RnD, MKT, CSS, Operation, Technical & Finance) in order to achieve overall company goals
• Build Artisan & Distributor Scorecard, analyze the data & create action plan accordingly)
• Confirmed Monthly Orders (CMO) , Forecasting & Demand Planning

Required Competencies
• Experience in work at Sales department
• Expieriece in work as Field Sales Leader
• Higher education diploma
• Fluent English and Polish (writing & speaking)
• Team spirit and active collaboration
• Integrity and ethical sense
• Communicating effectively
