Custom Box Agency creates experiential boxes and is looking for a full-time Print Graphic Designer.

The Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for understanding the customer’s vision and designing something tangible. These designs will include print and box designs, layouts, workbooks, swag, and brochures design.

These design pieces will also remain on the predetermined budget. The primary role of the Graphic Designer is to satisfy the client with beautiful designs that are on-brand to the image they are requesting.

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Knowledge in product design, editorial design, and packaging design
- Good management on print design, layouts, workbook, swag, and brochures design
- Creating mock-ups and color palettes
- Proficient in creating images that can support the the product or brand
- Understanding the customer’s needs

Skills Required :

- 1 to 2 years experience in similar positions as a graphic... designer and ideally for packaging companies and an understanding of how to work within brand guidelines.
- Expertise using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and all Adobe Creative Cloud products.
- Good communication skills and ability to convey design concepts with different team members.
- Fast learner and drive to provide quality results.
- Understanding of current trends within graphics, images, colors, and logo.
- Amenable to working hours from Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm.
- Specific experience working with swag type products, 4-color printing, package design, or box production experience is preferred.
- Be self-motivated to go above and beyond to provide an amazing client experience and be a trusted subject matter expert for our internal team.
- Seamlessly be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Have the ability to manage client projects end to end without losing sight of the overall goals or the smallest of details.
- Thrive working as part of a highly collaborative and fast-moving team where everyone pitches in and yet are confident in being able to be a leader in their area of expertise.
- Follows established best practices with acute attention to detail but not afraid to suggest new ideas and seeks out new innovative solutions.
