Cloud Security Specialist (technology agnostic consultant)

Urgent requirement for a Cloud Security Specialist (technology agnostic consultant) in Qatar on a 12 month contract for a major IT vendor.

The Cloud security specialist will provide strategic guidance of adoption of cloud computing with the perspective of cyber security and data privacy. Will be responsible of developing methodologies and tools in cloud adoption inline with national strategy and cyber security policies.

Requirements:

• BS or MA in Business, IT, Computer Sciences, Information Security or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security Governance, Polices and Risks , ISMS
• Familiar with ITIL, COBIT, eTOM, ISO27001, CESG
• Familiar with cloud computing standards - ISO 17788/17789, CSA CCM/STAR
• Understanding of Security processes and utilization of security tools
• Experience of security requirements in IT and Network technologies
• Deep understanding in private, hybrid and public cloud based... solutions
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Detail orientated with excellent time management skills
