Being responsible for providing administrative support to the undergraduate program in Risk Management and Business Intelligence (RMBI), the appointee will work with the Program Director, UG coordinator, and supporting officer to manage the delivery of program activities and ensure smooth program operation. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: (a) handling academic matters, such as curriculum, course registration, timetabling, subsidy, capstone projects coordination, and graduation checks; (b) assisting in the development and delivery of student advising and program management; (c) managing student admissions, organizing outreach activities, and preparing promotional materials; (d) interacting with students on a regular basis and offering advice on academic and non-academic affairs; (e... organizing enrichment events such as symposium, seminars, mentorship schemes, career talks, training workshops, student gathering, among others; (f) monitoring budget and utilization of resources; and (g) providing secretarial support to RMBI committees and advisory board.

Applicants should have a recognized bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of work experience. The appointee should be a positive and proactive person with good interpersonal skills and a student-centric growth mindset; enjoy interacting with students; be a good team player to network with both external and internal units and perform multi-tasks independently, proactively and flexibly; have good mastery of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
