Our client is a one of the eight Faculties/Schools of the University and a major provider of continuing and professional education in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Head of Administration who will lead their team.

Job Description

The Head of Administration is a dynamic role where you will be working together with other Heads/Directors. You will be demonstrating the overall leadership to oversee the administrative functions and services within the School in areas such as budgets and finance, human resources, IT services and facilities management to manage and deploy resources and to ensure the financial robustness of the School. In addition, this applicant will need to supervise and develop professional managers in their respective professional areas.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have a master's degree preferably in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with at least 10 years of relevant experience in... driving growth preferably in self-financing tertiary education with good experience of the UGC sector. This applicant must have strong strategic leadership skills with the capacity to manage the development of a large and growing organization. Strong level of personal drive, excellent leadership skills, resilience and flexibility are required for this role.
