Desired Background
• 3+ years of practice experience
• Casualty defense work, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability matters, insurance defense
• Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
• An optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting
• Must reside in San Diego metro area full-time (hybrid/remote work available)
• Portable book of business a plus but not necessary
• ABA accredited law school preferred
• Admitted to practice law in California
