Daily job duties:
• Recruiting
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Administering on-the-job training programs
• Initiating and organizing engagement programs

Requirements that sought after:

· BA in business, management

· Good time management, ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent work ethic, proactiveness

Salary and bonus:

· Base salay- MNT 1.9-2.5 million

· Different types of bonuses available depending on work performance and academic qualifications /Up to 80% of the base salary/
