• Handling all administrative
duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling
meetings, and managing files
• Providing support to management
as needed
• Creating and publishing engaging
content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
etc.)
• Responding to customer inquiries
and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with the planning and
execution of social media campaigns
• Analyzing social media data to
measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating with other team
members to ensure social media activities are integrated with other
marketing efforts
• Visiting the bank for cheque
deposits and other financial transactions as needed
