We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person to join the IS &T team. The role will be supporting and managing the infrastructure & applications of the company by working closely with the multi brands, end users, PM’s all levels of management, technical staff, architects, and vendors to solve culturally diverse technical and business issues. The person will be preferred to be one who manages business ‘outcome’ rather than just managing program ‘process’.
The incumbent will also work jointly with the regional and central IS&T team to deploy, coordinate and support global and regional projects and policies. This scope is mainly composed of ERP, business tools and interfaces operational support with a minor involvement to drive external IT contractor providing 1st level helpdesk. The activities are spread across functional areas of finance, supply chain, marketing, sales providing the IS&T assistant manager a complete view of business processes.
The IS&T is supported by... external vendors for 1st level support and other specific activities and project.
Responsibilities: -
• Coordinate users first level helpdesk provided by an external contractor.
• Manage computer hardware and software purchase and budget (inventory / renewal / license /etc) IS role (main focus)
• Support and coordinate the deployment of regional and world wide projects
• Support the business users in the ERP features and systems interfaces
• Be a strong support to bring system driven operational enhancements
• Support users to develop and maintain office tools (Access, Excel …)
• Become proficient on usage of POS and CRM
• Provides technical leadership to the team ensuring.
• Proper integration approach
• Timely delivery of project schedules
• L1/L2 application support to the users
• Provide general application support for HR system, Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, VBA), etc.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Maintain up to date documentation on all related system, technical specifications and change management.
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Facilitate system changes according to Business Requirements & Change Requests
Qualifications/Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Business/Finance
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, especially in Retail or FMCG
• Candidates with prior experience in Infrastructure user support are preferred.
• Technical Experience
• Knowledge in infrastructure and IT architecture
• Knowledge in Windows server and workstation support and administration
• Knowledge of Access, VB, VBA program preparation, interfaces
• Knowledge in SAP, AccPac, Microsoft AX, Warehouse Management System and logistics environment are appreciated.
