Responsibilities
• Responsible for IT digital initiatives in changing business application landscape.
• Work within the team to create technology platform and roadmap for application upgrades and improvements.
• Responsible for 24/7 operations of business applications and for the continual improvement of the quality of service and resilience of the applications.
• Ensure adherence to software development, change management, problem management standards and processes that in line with the company’s guidelines
• Work closely with business stakeholders on business requirements, IT colleagues to identify and implement IT solutions.
• Manage team of engineers for inhouse and/or offshore, and/or outsourced implementation vendors, and product vendors.
• Ensure the well-being and personal development for staff.

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, or any relevant academic stream.
• At least 10 years’ experience in application development and application... management in Banking domain, preferrable wholesale banks.
• Strong technical knowledge in building blocks of information systems and banking landscape, e.g. IT security products, integration products, cloud services, and etc.
• Familiar with various vendor products especially in client onboarding and loan origination, credit management, risk management, finance management, regulatory reporting.
• Able to handle challenges with a diagnostic approach and able to find new solutions to difficult IT and business problems.
• Results oriented, self-driven and ability to lead a team.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
