[Summary]

Responsible for the supervision, direction, and administration of electrical engineering. Directs and coordinates activities of the electrical engineering department to design manufacture, and test software, products, and systems.

MAKE Asset Management (MAM) organization: The MAM organization in Incheon operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Facilities, Utility, Engineering, Maintenance, Digital & Technology, and Execution Systems activities. This occurs in a standard, coordinated, and consistent manner in support... of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing & Technical Organization (MTO) and in conjunction with key partners, to create one integrated internal/external network.

[Key Responsibilities]
• Supervises all engineering activity within a defined area to ensure on-time delivery.
• Allocates, schedules, and tracks engineering resources required to fulfill departmental commitments. Directs the electrical engineers and technicians to maintain and repair any, and all electrical equipment(HV/LV) in manufacturing, utilities, waste treatment, buildings, and grounds.
• Reviews safety work permits and work orders to identify work requiring process change and regulatory agency approvals.
• Assists engineering manager with overseeing training and implementing engineering policies and procedures.
• Conducts weekly safety audits in areas of responsibility. Maintains areas of responsibility in a clean and orderly manner and implements company rules in a fair and consistent manner. Establishes, tracks, and maintains engineering technician schedules.

[Requirements]
• * University/ Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, and related)
• A first-degree certificate of Engineer Electricity(전기기사 1급 자격증, required / 필수)
• Asset Management Experience (FCA, ISO 5500, ESSP, WRAPS, PHA, etc)
• Knowledge and Experience in Maintenance & Reliability Programs (CM, PM, PdM)
• Fluent English Communication (Global Calls & Programs, twice a month)
• Minimum 6 years of experience working in Utilities, Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, and/or Process Machinery area in a GMP product manufacturing plant environment.
• Good Leadership and People Management Skills.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and logbooks.
• Review for GMP document (SOP, Technical document, Drawing..).
• Project Management and Schedule Management
• Broad understanding of facilities management and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment of professionals with diverse skills and competencies spanning business and technical areas.
• Ability/experience in managing an outsourced staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal and external customers.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
• Process knowledge & expertise on Pharmaceutical Plants or Sites)
• Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
