The Senior IT Manager (BRM) for Integrated Supply Chain & Manufacturing will use his/her functional expertise and knowledge of IT technologies, and liaise with IT business partners (internal clients) to suggest best possible approach for IT solutions, to provide inputs for risk and capacity management, to understand the business strategies of the functions they manage, to align the strategic direction for manufacturing applications and technology platforms with business partner strategies and capabilities. The role requires the individual to deeply understand the business functional roadmap to identify how IT will enable and support the strategies to bring business value. Some of the specific responsibilities of this role include:

Your role:
• Engage and understand business objectives of the assigned manufacturing, supply chain, and production control, and translate them into strategic IT plans
• Lead the IT Manufacturing Center of Expertise (5-10 people)
• Ensure provisioning of... business critical IT services to ensure uninterrupted business operations in manufacturing sites world wide
• Build and maintain relations with business leaders and stakeholders. Monitor business satisfaction from provided IT services.
• Act as single point of contact for major stakeholders at manufacturing plants
• Support resolution of major incidents and business escalations
• Develop roadmap, plan IT strategy and corresponding IT budget for respective business functions
• Address business needs by taking end-to-end accountability of IT initiatives from identification, prioritization, approval, execution and transfer to operations.
• Collaborate with global IT functions: Architecture, Operations, Security, Infrastructure and external service providers to achieve goals
• Understand the functional space in context with the related technology and automotive industry
• Support the process for IT initiative identification, prioritization, and approval
• Work with Global IT Solution Delivery team to support project execution
• Provide inputs for overall global IT Service strategy

Your Background:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in business relationship management, managing and/or coordinating IT services, projects and/or operations
• B.S. or Master degree in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in IT Management (Service Delivery, Project Management, IT department management) in the global manufacturing company (experience in automotive industry will be an asset).
• Demonstrated functional expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain and quality
• Ability to align opportunities with leadership objectives throughout the organization in a global professional environment.
• Understanding the concept and processes behind following systems: MES, ERP(SAP), WMS, QMS, APS.
• Experience in provisioning critical services (7x24) in high-pace manufacturing environment
• Expertise and skills in requirements management and expectation management.
• High-level of personal leadership, Results driven orientation, and People development skills
• Knowledge of recent market trends: Industry 4.0, IIOT, Quality 2.0
• Some availability to travel might be required
• Experience in Machine Connectivity technology and protocols (serial ports, OPC UA, WOOPSA) preferred
• Global IT project implementation experience
• Basic understanding of Cyber Security topics in the area of: data encryption/decryption, managing master/public/private key).
