For our Client, an international company from Automotive industry, we are currently searching for experienced Candidate, who will join its structure at the position of Manufacturing Manager dedicated to greenfield project, new production plant based in Poznań.

Manufacturing Manager will start in Thermal Management System Manufacturing Department. This person will be responsible for Maintenance, Process, and Assembly Workshop section and for tree section leaders. We are looking for candidates who have experience in all three areas of industrial production. Thermal management system (TMS) experience would be an asset.

Tasks:
• Responsible for completing various business indicators and tasks assigned by the company;
• Establish and implement the company's management system to ensure that the company's product delivery, quality, cost, service, environmental protection, safety, energy saving, and other aspects can meet or exceed customer requirements;
• Preside over the company's weekly... regular meetings; inspect, supervise and coordinate the work progress of various departments; handle major emergencies in the company;
• Responsible for the company's operating costs and product quality. Arrange the work between different department staff sectors and coordinate the work horizontally across sectors.

Requirements:
• High technical education
• Over 5 years of experience in quality management or production management
• Experience in the thermal management system is preferred
• Advanced English level
• Familiar with the PL table and effectively control the company's costs
• Experience in handling customer complaints and customer relationships
• Knowledge of assembly process and 5S management
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA6.3 and other quality management systems; ISO 14001 environmental management system, with the ability to apply quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
• Possess strong management skills, communication, coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure
