Job Description
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry.
• Build upkeep long-term relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Delegate Maintenance tasks to meet maintenance schedules.
• Create annual maintenance budget regarding to operation needs.
• Developing maintenance budgets and negotiating vendor... contracts.
• Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Follow-up maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Poultry background is a must.
• Excellent English skills.
• 12- 15 years’ experience in Maintenance.
• Maintenance Budget Control.
• Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems etc
