Our client is looking for a Senior Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a full time basis. The practice is located in the picturesque market town of Spalding and has been providing expert animal care for over 100 years. They are RCVS accredited and have achieved their silver status by the ISFM cat friendly clinic.

They are looking for an experienced veterinary nurse who, along with usual day to day duties of an RVN can also help assist the head nurse with the daily running of the practice. A typical day can consist of inpatient care, surgery, dentistry, radiography, clinics, client communications and helping to lead and guide the team.

You will be joining a friendly and experienced team of veterinary staff... including 3 veterinary surgeons who between them have a keen interest in Acupuncture, Cardiology and Ophthalmology, 2 registered veterinary nurses, 3 student veterinary nurses and 2 receptionists.

The successful candidate will need to have at least 1 years' experience working in a veterinary practice. Proven experience of leading a team is advantageous but not essential.

The Role
• Full Time role - part time applications considered
• Shifts between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday
• No OOH
