Job Description

You have strong responsibility and accountability for winning new clients and managing the relationships on an ongoing basis. You have solid experience in winning and growing client accounts on a yearly basis and have had experience coaching and leading a team of junior sales subordinates directly or indirectly. You will be creating the sales team within 1.5 to 2 years. The team will encompass junior account managers, you will be responsible for hiring and training the sales/account management team.

Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver Monthly/Quarterly Sales Quota: You will hold a quarterly and yearly sales quota for selling our digital marketing, you will work to ensure you hit or exceed the sales quota assigned.
• Grow Revenue Pipeline: You will work your contacts / networks for pipeline generation, work with the lead generation to build our pipeline and with our partners. You will be able to commit to close dates combining large deals with a longer pipeline and smaller deals with quicker closure rates.
• Sales Development: You will work with our digital experts to make client proposals tailored to each client. You will work to understand the client business issues and identify a right to win as build the relationships required to develop the lead across the sales stages to closure.
• Deal Structuring & Closing: You will lead sales relations to structure deals, how to price and how to identify the right people to help make deals attractive to clients and easy to buy. You will SOW and brief to ensure they are executed against.
• GTM Strategy & Execution: You will build out a plan on how to achieve your sales target based on your country, industry vertical and product / service allocations. This will include how you will achieve the target, the pipeline you will collaboratively grow and how you will ensure closure.
• Digital Consulting: You will use your expertise in digital to advise clients on what areas to boost with our digital services, consult them and guide them in making a clear SOW if needed.
• Customer success: You will be the main touch point for all client relations and projects, you will make sure the project deliverables meet the agreed standards in the brief, you will also find areas to grow the size of business of each customer.


Establish a strong sales pipeline and continuously grow our client base with annual business and ongoing projects. Setup the sales/account management team in 1.5 years. Expand our client base with your network, building a new network via various events and associations. Accountable for a monthly/quarterly/annual sales target.

The Successful Applicant
• 5-7 Years of business development/sales experience with an international digital agency.
• Proven sales skills with revenue/client business size win of minimum 20M Baht Annually.
• Currently handing monthly Sales KPI of 1M Baht minimum.
• Professional knowledge of SEM | Content Marketing | Social Media Marketing (FB, LINE) | Google AdWords, Analytics, Digital Strategy and campaigns.
• Passion for Digital marketing, Wellness, Fitness, Health, Fashion and Beauty industries | Health and Fitness enthusiast
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal Thai & English communication skills
