Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

· Mapping and analyzing potential and existing End Users and partners in the assigned territory

· Establishing positive relationships with the new customers

· Work with the sales team to generate leads for new businesses and customers through continual sales activities

· Plan visits to End Users, contractors & consultants

· Educate the customer, raise awareness, and encourage action.

· Organize training with showroom managers and end customers to promote Xylem products.

· VOC surveys are coordinated with Xylem GCs.

· Plan and execute marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, and technical training sessions.

· Monitoring and qualifying new sales leads from sales channels, Marketing or end customers.

· Gather market information about different products and sales channels.

· Participation in a weekly meeting to review department activities.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities... License/Certification:

Required Qualifications:

· Engineering degree

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the service business preferably in pumping systems

· Previous experience with exposure to sales, marketing and distributors.

· Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills

· Familiar with the salesforce or a similar CRM software

· Fluency in English is a plus

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customers.

· Excellent communication, and organizational skills and a high level of personal and professional integrity.

· Strong bias for action (drive), and effective change agent.

· Soft skill of communicating (written and oral) and influencing others

· Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner.

· Able to work in a team environment involving multiple cultures.

· Willing and flexible to accept new challenges.

· Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationship

· Gain solid knowledge of competitors

· Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

· Problem-solving attitude

· Identifying opportunities for greater profits
