He/She is attached to Maintenance department and report to the department head and he is also responsible to report to the Project Manager for the project(s) he/she involves. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. In charge of performance Technical... Support team under his supervision In charge of performance management of vendors/ subcontractors Ensure projects are completed according to project plans. Responsible for software and hardware installation at site, Perform various system testing at site with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with Project Manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe. Collaborate with Development team to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems at site and manage communication internally within the project team and client to resolve implementation issues. Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities with help of metadata registry. Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents and collaborate with clients and Software Development department to provide support to all issues. Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients and organize all project materials. Train client technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same.
