Duties and Responsibilities: Analyse, examine, and interpret accounts records, compile financial
information, and reconcile reports and financial data Raising Monthly sales invoices & manages records of all the receivables. Verify and inspect accounts receivable ledgers and general ledger for its
accuracy. Process journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate
records. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (ERP, Excel, Word) to
perform duties and responsibilities. Check all accounting and clients' databases are updated and... functioning
properly. Answers inquiries regarding work being performed. Reconciles bank statements and department record. Assist the manager with the routine works. Manages paper and electronic filing systems, handles and routes mail and operates
a variety of office machines such as computers, telephones, and fax machines. Salary: 3500 to 4000
