**Position Overview**:

As a Junior Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Accountant in managing the organization's financial operations. You will be working with a team of professionals abroad to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, analyzed, and reported in a timely manner.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Senior Accountant in managing the financial operations of the organization.

- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices and issuing payments

- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.

- Work with the team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.

- Understand the Saudi... laws for VAT and taxation.
• *Required Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the event industry

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English and Arabic is required

- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings & weekends.

- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate and respond to the artist's needs.

- A legal working permit to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
