As being a valuable member of H&S and Security team, help to protect company employees, assets and facilities. Through the crisis management program (IMCR), manage and get the country teams ready to overcome the crisis that can prevent the company reach its goals. Ensuring employees are well aware of the potential security risk in order to stay safe in any unfriendly circumstances.

Main Responsibilities
• Protect the Company from security issues that seriously threaten operations, consumer trust or shareholder confidence by delivering high-order threat prevention and resolution support to the CCI business system
• Drive consistent asset protection capabilities across all territories strengthening the Company's incident management and crisis resolution (IMCR) system, emergency planning, and business continuity through effective IMCR training and scenario-based validation exercises.
• Partner with CCI and project teams to deliver security and IMCR support during... major events to ensure the protection of our personnel, assets, and our Company's image and reputation.
• Ensure that all CCI countries have a robust crisis management ability, a standardized manual and a well prepared Crisis Management team.
• Support the Security teams to get organized, work within the harmony as outlined in the Program of Work.

Capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management or related field of studies,
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in related area,
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office tools,
• Experience with crisis, change and security management, Government Relations and Project Management,
• Advanced level of English in both written and verbal,
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work in cross functional and cross cultural teams,
• Strong strategic thinking skills, customer focus, action orientation and leadership skills.
