Job Title: Beauty Sales Consultant

Role Overview:

As our Beauty Sales Consultant, you will combine your knowledge, technical expertise and passion for healthy skin and beauty to create an exceptionally distinctive experience which educates, inspires and delights our clients on our luxury, high performing beauty collection.

Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver a unique VBB client experience
• Coordinate inspiring visual merchandising in store to drive beauty sales
• Act as a VBB ambassador and strategically build our VBB brand
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with our clients, leveraging your approachable and friendly personality
• Maximise beauty sales to achieve sales objectives targets and KPI's
• Ascertain clients’ needs and interests and understand how to accommodate them
• Be... responsible for clienteling and CRM activation
• Manage orders and stock allocation
• Create and deliver beauty product training for wider team
• Manage assortment planning and inventory budgeting
• Identify beauty trends and sales demand to ensure availability of optimum stocks of the latest items at all times

Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Demonstrable retail sales experience, preferably within the beauty industry
• A passion and energy for beauty and skincare to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment
