The Role:
• Supervise all work carried out on-site and liaise with clients
• Managing day to day running of all trades to adhere to program & deadlines
• Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents
• Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery
• Completing quality assurance inspections
• Monitoring and controlling ETS spending
The... successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
• Proven experience in Site Supervision for Residential Building.
• Be confident running multiple trades across different sites
• Strong and loyal trade base with a proven ability to liaise with subcontractors in an effective and positive manner would be most beneficial
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills and a positive can-do attitude are wanted
