OPERATIONS MANAGER - SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE
PERMANENT ROLE

Role Overview:
Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are presently representing a large-scale well-funded international Single Family Office of prominent tech entrepreneurs in their search for an Operations Manager who will be in charge of both corporate matters of the Family Office and personal business matters of the company directors.
Key Accountabilities:
Property Management:
• Managing refurbishments, renovations and rebuilds of the current properties in the UK and abroad;
• Liaising and working closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, designers, architects and suppliers. Searching and acquiring new properties engaging all the relevant third-parties;
Project Management:
• Leading and supporting new projects of the Family Office and the business leaders (incl. lifestyle businesses in London and abroad, charity initiatives etc.)
• Overseeing the progress and objectives of... each project from a design, timescale, and budget perspectives;
Staff and Contractors Management:
• Managing and taking responsibility for the work of Office Manager, Personal Assistant and other Family Office Operations team members
• Overseeing and managing the organisation of different events for the team
• Dealing with lawyers, contractors, suppliers and third party providers
About You:
• An ideal candidate will have significant experience in similar roles at Family Offices or of leading the operations teams of small to medium IT companies
• The candidate should have an analytical mindset, critical and systematic thinking, excellent multitasking and prioritising skills. T
• You will be detail-oriented and not afraid to take on new and challenging duties
• Proactive results-driven self-starter and problem solver.
• Excellent organisational skills, including managing projects, tasks and initiatives tightly, and being forensic on governance and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to relay complex ideas in a plain and clear manner.
• Willingness to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience of working with ultra-high et worth individuals is a plus
