JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Assists the HOD/Discipline in student discipline matters including:
• Patrolling (in and out of school),
• Discipline-related follow up and investigation matters
• Managing student late comers (including tracking and follow-up)
• Administration

Support the discipline committee to monitor a group of students for intervention including:
• Detention
• Corrective Work Order
• Reflection Project

Supporting the Discipline Committee Programmes for targeted students:
• Smoking Cessation Programme
• Late-comers intervention
• Home visit with school personnel

Assist HOD/Discipline and team to analyze discipline data
• Discipline Offence Trends
• Attendance and late-coming

Administering basic First Aid to students and other duties as assigned by the School Leaders

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably possess experience working in schools or with youth
• Preferably certified in basic First Aid, CPR and AED will be an... advantage
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel (to sort data) and PowerPoint
• Good English oral and written skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Singaporean Only

ADDITIONAL INFO:
• Working hours and days: Between Monday to Friday, school operating hours can be vary. To specify working hours upon job recommendation. Do take note school operating hours can start as early as 630am/7am onwards.
