• Together with the management team ensure the Visual identity and commercial level, supporting the visual team in creating inviting windows, well-styled mannequins and high-level garment presentation.
• Contribute in the launch and maintenance of all sales campaigns and activities, according to H&M standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
• Support, coach and develop your colleagues on visual and commercial knowledge.
• Ensure together with the store team all H&M policies and legal requirements are followed.
