RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote AXA GI and CS products thru product briefing, cross-selling / upselling and joint client presentation (for major corporate accounts accounts)
• Ensure Brokers are informed about new services and products
• Provide regular Business Review with Key Brokers
• Address concerns of corporate clients (or internal dependencies) in coordination with the concerned Broker
• Ensure overall Broker and customer satisfaction
• Implement clearly defined product, pricing and servicing propositions for each Broker partners
• Track and tap both the existing and new business with growth mindset of increasing the company top (revenue) and bottom (income) lines
• Attend to administrative functions associated with the development and expansion of the assigned distribution portfolio, account solicitation, installation and expansion
• Keep abreast of latest company... and industry updates
• Identify own training needs to contribute to own personal development, and discuss with direct manager

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in product/solution Selling, Customer Service and Account Management (particularly in insurance business)
• College graduate
• Computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferably with Basic Non-Life and/or Traditional Life License/s from IC/IIAP
• Willing to travel, can work on flexible hours (from time to time) and with minimum supervision, results-oriented, attentive to details, team player
