We are looking for a Sr UI/UX designer to join our Product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs.

At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payments ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments in an easy way, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.

What would be my challenge in Yuno?
• Implementation of design strategies, standards and accessibility
• Working closely with product and business partners to discover and define customer and merchant pain points and opportunities for product enhancement/innovation
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Understanding success metrics and legal requirements for financial services
• Create and document design processes to help different team members
• Present and discuss own... work with both internal and external teams
• Training or helping train lower-seniority partners or team members, acting as a coach, delivering training sessions to promote a continuous learning environment in the project and practice

What skills do I need?
• 5+ years of relevant experience in user experience, product design or interaction designer role developing web-, desktop-based, and mobile app solutions
• Prior experience in Payments / Fintechs
• Familiar with UX conceptual framework and have an understanding of various workshop methods and modules
• Ability to turn conceptual and abstract thinking into tangible product design solutions
• Ability to defend design decisions and negotiate with product teamsExperience working hands-on with engineers and product managers in a fast-paced environment
• UX Design using industry standard tools (Such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc)Experience with pattern libraries and design systems
• Experience designing and implementing UIs across desktop + mobile
