Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing a comprehensive training plan in guidance of HRBP to meet organisational L & D objectives.
• Implement strategy for staff training and development to meet short and long term business goals.
• With the support of Line Managers & HRBP organize Training Needs Assessment so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development.
• Design, develop and recommend training & development programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs.
• Be responsible for supporting the Department Managers for implementing OTJ (on the job) training and providing the right up-to-date learning/training materials.
• Monitor, measure and report on staff training & development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales by using assessments, tests, questionnaires through discussions with HRBP & Line managers.
• Working with line managers to ensure performance management activities translate into... learning and development action plans.
• Support HRBP in Identifying critical positions and successors as per the business objectives and address any potential gaps in skills or behavioural competencies.
• Develop and maintain a training database / matrix that keep track of the training courses.
• Identify, select and manage external training providers necessary to deliver required training.
• Provide regular MIS reports (Consolidated report of the needs analysis, training delivery, pre/post analysis, improvement achieved, training days covered & training man-hours) of the learning & development activities.
• Initiate, track and document the employees put on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
• Product trainings to be planned in accordance with the brands requirements and inputs from various business managers in the company.
• Conduct Brand Induction for new joiners.
• Conduct confirmatory, annual appraisal activity, Employee Reward program (employee of the month, quarter).
• Facilitate employee engagement sessions as and when required.
• Provide training sessions to other business units as and when directed by management.
• Any other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
