About Touch Ceramics

We are a fast growing and leading ceramics gallery in Hong Kong, with ambitious expansion plan in extending the media of artworks in future, as well as to participant in art fairs in various cities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing relationships with artists and clients
• Implementing marketing strategies to increase sales, advertising gallery artists and collections
• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the gallery
• Assist the Gallery Manager in operational and art logistic related work
• Assist and support with the exhibitions throughout the year
• Responsible in updating social media platforms such as Intagram and facebook

Requirements:
• Be highly-organized and detail-oriented with strong initiative skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Mature, outgoing and responsible with pleasant personality
• Willing to work under pressure and multi tasks with detailed mind
• Highly organized... and efficient team player
• Must be Hong Kong permanent resident or have valid Hong Kong working visa

Educations:
• Bachelor degree is required
• Additional background in advertising, marketing and internet media is advantageous

Computer skills:

Mac, Microsoft Office
