Our client, a digitally native performance company, is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager. This is a high exposure role with a lot of autonomy to share your digital experience and talents to help continue to grow your career and their DTC online business. This position operates onsite in their New York City office. Salary range: 85k-95k+ Responsibilities: Improve customer repeat rates through email, SMS, social (organic and paid), events, etc. Directly manage the execution of short- and long-term strategies that everyone collaboratively develops Support the team’s goals by planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email and SMS, general CRM strategy, social media, and events Develop and manage internal communication calendars and processes to ensure everyone is informed and held accountable for our collective goals Coordinate with graphic designers and developers to make sure assets are delivered on time and on spec Support the ongoing development... enhancement, and maintenance of their website Create project briefs, wireframes, shot lists, copy briefs, and more to set the team up for success on all deliverables Ensure a consistent brand presence and voice across all media by proofing design and copy assets Support direct marketing efforts by coordinating new ad creative and copy across various social media channels Assist with planning and execution of photoshoots, and ultimately be responsible for making sure everyone is clear on needed assets from each shoot Help define short-and long-term strategies with the founding team and key advisors Opportunity for managing one or more as the business grows Qualifications: BA / BS degree 3-5 years of experience in an ecommerce marketing or communications related role Proven track record of success in a highly accountable work environment Ability to keep remote people informed, motivated, and supported to do their best work Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to learn from an accomplished team Experience organizing media and photo assets Familiarity with Shopify (particularly new page and product setup, offers, and analytics) Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar email and text CRM system If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
